Singer Crush told why he came to respect J-HOPE of boy group BTS after working with him for his new single.
On September 22, Crush sat down for an interview ahead of the release of his new single 'Rush Hour' featuring J-HOPE.

During the interview, Crush was asked how him and J-HOPE got to drop a song together.
Crush responded, "J-HOPE and I go back a long way. We've always spoken about music to one another. When I was getting ready for this single, I found some similarities between what I want in music and what J-HOPE wants in music."
He continued, "So, I decided to ask J-HOPE if he wants to work with me. He ended up featuring in my song as he said yes to that. I genuinely believed that this song went well with J-HOPE that I was so glad that he agree to feature in it."

Then, Crush shared what it was like to collaborate with J-HOPE for the first time.
Crush said, "While J-HOPE was recording the song, he didn't even go to the restroom. Even though he was showering with sweat, he was like, 'Hyung, let me do this part again. I can do it better! Let's go it one more time!' As I saw him work so hard like that, I came to have great respect for him. I thought to myself, 'Oh, I see why he's at where he's at now.'"
The singer resumed, "J-HOPE joined 'Rush Hour' music video as well. Thankfully, he was really up for it. Because there were lots of scenes where I had to dance, I was extremely exhausted throughout our shooting. But J-HOPE gave me so much energy by my side."
He added, "I also felt thankful to J-HOPE for monitoring all my scenes with me, and coaching me."
