[SBS Star] BTS RM Visits a Tonkatsu Restaurant in Tokyo; Fans Line Up to Eat There the Next Day

Japanese fans were spotted lining up to eat at the same place as RM of K-pop boy group BTS. 

On September 3, RM updated his Instagram with a single photo. 

The photo was of RM posing at a restaurant with tonkatsu in front of him. 
Right after he uploaded his post on Instagram, 'tonkatsu' started trending on Twitter in Japan. 

Not long following this, fans discovered which particular restaurant he went to. 

It turned out the restaurant that RM ate his tonkatsu was in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. 
Then on September 4, this tonkatsu place welcomed an unexpected number of customers who came to eat at the restaurant after seeing RM's Instagram post. 

The restaurant was located inside a large shopping mall, and there was a long line of people waiting in front of the restaurant. 

Surprisingly, the line ran through the exit and continued to an outdoor area of the mall. 

The line was unbelievably long―it met all corners of the mall outside. 
Although the line was long with uncertainty of the time they had to wait for, lots of fans were still willing to wait just to eat at the same restaurant and have the same menu as RM's. 

This really showed how many ARMY (the name of BTS' fandom) in Japan loved RM.
