[SBS Star] BTS RM Was Born to Be a Leader; According to Former Big Hit Ent. Trainee

A former trainee of Big Hit Entertainment shared a story of K-pop boy group BTS' leader RM's leadership when they were trainees together.

Recently, one past video shared on former Big Hit Entertainment trainee Ji-hoon's YouTube channel has become a hot topic among K-pop fans.
In the video, Ji-hoon shared a story of RM's exceptional leadership when they were both trainees under Big Hit Entertainment.

One day, RM gathered trainees altogether to give an encouraging message to all of them.
RM said, "I might fail to debut as a BTS member, and it might be Ji-hoon that becomes a BTS member or another trainee that could be one."

He continued, "We don't know who is going to become what. But when we are competing against each other, let's have competition in good spirit."
According to Ji-hoon, RM also encouraged trainees to help each other if anyone was falling behind during their practice sessions.
