[SBS Star] WINNER HOONY Reveals He Has Dated a Top Celebrity in the Past

K-pop boy group WINNER's member HOONY revealed that he has dated a top celebrity in the past.

On July 4 episode of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star', HOONY made a guest appearance.

During the talk, one of the hosts Yoon Jong Shin mentioned how HOONY broke the stereotype of K-pop idol stars never responding to dating questions, and revealed that he has previously dated a top celebrity himself.

When Yoon Jong Shin asked if the celebrity is still considered to be a top star, HOONY replied, "Yes, always has been and still is."

Then, HOONY shared three tips on dating a famous person.First, he said, "It is important not to spread about our relationship. You should really keep it to yourselves. Actually, I'm even cautious to talk about this here, as this may cause trouble to my ex. So, I won't say much about the relationship anymore."He continued, "Second, you have to be patient. When two people are dating, it is normal for them to go have some drinks by the river or go to busy places, but you may not be able to do what you want to do with the person. When that happens, you shouldn't complain nor question why we can't do this and that."

Lastly, he said, "Love the person with all your heart."Two other hosts Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Gu-ra commented, "It sounds like you guys were not actually together. It's almost like the love you have for your master."

HOONY responded, "It is possible that I was the only one who thought we were dating."After this episode was aired, people have been making comments such as, "I wonder who that top celebrity is. Who could it be?", "HOONY sounds so considerate and thoughtful!", "So, do I have to be a top celebrity to date a guy like HOONY? Well, I guess the only way to do that is to born again and again until I become one.", and more.
