[SBS Star] VIDEO: Fans Go Wild at BLACKPINK's Appearance in Hongdae

K-pop girl group BLACKPINK has proven the group's immense popularity by flooding the streets of Hongdae with fans.

On June 26 episode of SBS' variety show 'Han Bam', BLACKPINK was seen meeting the group's fans on the streets of Hongdae, and having an interview about its long-awaited comeback.First, BLACKPINK spent a memorable time with fans on the streets of Hongdae.

Hongdae is a district in Seoul, especially renowned for its youthful atmosphere.

When BLACKPINK made a surprise appearance in Hongdae, the passers-by were all stunned, and a huge crowd started forming around the four girls.After doing some window shopping, BLACKPINK stood in the middle of the street and took time to meet fans.

Fans could not hide their excitement upon seeing their favorite K-pop group right in front of them.

Some lucky fans got to talk to them, take pictures together, and even dance with the members.
 
Then, BLACKPINK sat down for an interview by a luxurious indoor swimming pool.

As the interview took place next to a pool, the interviewer asked, "Don't you guys want to take some time off to go on vacation?".

JENNIE and JISOO answered straight away, "We've taken a long break until now. We are hungry for promotions. We really want to work."

During the interview, ROSÉ melted the hearts of fans with her sweet voice singing B.o.B's 'Not For Long', and LISA made everyone burst into laughter by showing some comical dance moves which she called it 'the taxi dance'.
   
BLACKPINK made a comeback after a year with a double title track 'Forever Young' and 'DDU-DU DDU-DU' on June 15.
