Recently, unknown American songwriters filed a lawsuit claiming that BTS's song "Swim" plagiarized their music.

The controversy has been concluded as the lawsuit was withdrawn after four months.

Last July, three songwriters filed a lawsuit in a U.S. court, claiming that BTS's song "Swim" and their demo track were similar.

At the time, the BTS side dismissed the claims as unilateral assertions, emphasizing that "Swim" is an independent creation.

Billboard recently reported that the songwriters' attorney submitted documents to the court requesting the complete withdrawal of the lawsuit.

The lawsuit was reportedly in its early stages.

It was added that it has not been confirmed whether the two sides reached a settlement.
