Train services on all sections of the Ui-Sinseol Light Rail have been delayed since around 6:00 a.m. today (November 5), causing inconvenience for commuters heading to work.

Authorities have found that an electronic interlocking system failure occurred while trains were being dispatched from the vehicle depot, causing train intervals to widen compared to normal operations.

The Ui-Sinseol LRT operator is currently investigating the exact cause of the malfunction while carrying out recovery work.
