A giant fish is hauled up onto the deck of a fishing boat.

Its body is flat and round, and its size is immense.

At first glance, it looks just like a huge mass of rock.

It is an ocean sunfish caught by a fisherman off the coast of Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, China.

It weighs well over 150 kg.

However, because ocean sunfish yield very little edible meat and are difficult to process, it was reportedly released back into the sea.

Looking like a prize catch but not quite one, the sunfish turned out to be an unwelcome visitor for the fisherman.
