The largest shareholder of Hanjinkal, the holding company of Hanjin Group, has changed from Hanjin Group Chairman Cho Won-tae's side to Hoban Construction's side.

Hanjinkal disclosed that the stake held by Hoban Construction and its specially related parties stands at 20.69%, which is 0.11 percentage points higher than that of Chairman Cho's side.

As Chairman Cho has stated plans to additionally purchase Hanjinkal common shares next month, the possibility of another change in the largest shareholder remains open.
