On the 3rd local time, major indices on Wall Street closed mixed as major tech stocks rebounded amid caution surrounding the midterm election results.

At the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 197.26 points (0.38%) to close at 51,786.72.

The S&P 500 rose 27.52 points (0.36%) to 7,568.92, while the Nasdaq Composite gained 207.65 points (0.83%) to finish at 25,372.01.
