Nexsus has seen its revenue surge more than three times compared to the previous year, driven by the financial consolidation effect following its acquisition of One Store.

Nexsus announced today (November 3) that its consolidated revenue for the third quarter of this year reached 32.9 billion won, marking a 257.4% increase year-on-year and a 467.3% surge compared to the previous quarter.

Operating loss stood at 4.8 billion won, showing a slight decrease from the previous quarter, while net loss turned into a deficit of 12.9 billion won.

Nexsus stated that it is pursuing a platform business centered around One Store that combines AI and blockchain technologies with game distribution and payments.

In August, the company launched "ONE store Global" across 122 countries and recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Dubai Media City (DMC), a Dubai government entity, for game industry development and global business cooperation.

One Store announced plans to support local Dubai game developers in expanding overseas by leveraging its global distribution network and publishing network, while also cooperating on nurturing game studios and fostering talent.

For its blockchain network ONEchain, node validators include One Store, HLAB, CertiK, HashKey Cloud, StakeIn by The Tie, P2P Validator (FCS), and DSRV.

One Store is introducing a short-form drama service and a game item trading service named "ONEitem" in South Korea.

ONEitem supports peer-to-peer trading and provides additional revenue opportunities for developers, with plans to expand globally and to iOS this month.

One Store plans to integrate its services with Onestory in the future, evolving into a comprehensive entertainment app where users can enjoy games, webtoons, web novels, and short-form dramas in one place.

"Growth is most important when it comes to innovation," said Nexsus CEO Chang Hyun-kook. "We will continue to strengthen our organizational capabilities through AI transformation (AX) while sustaining growth through M&A."

Nexsus will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, on November 16 to vote on a proposal to amend its articles of incorporation to change its company name to "ONE Corp."

The move aims to enhance the connectivity between its business and brand by reflecting "ONE," which has been used across overall services including One Store, in the corporate name.
