An earthquake of magnitude 6.1 occurred at 7:15 a.m. today (Nov. 1) in the waters 122 kilometers south-southwest of Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, the Korea Meteorological Administration reported, citing foreign observation agencies.

The epicenter is located at 33.70 degrees north latitude and 137.10 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 350 kilometers.
