U.S. President Donald Trump held 26 local campaign rallies throughout October ahead of the midterm elections on November 3, according to CNN on October 31 (local time).
According to the reports, starting in Durant, Oklahoma, on October 1, President Trump visited battleground states for the Senate elections as well as regions considered Republican strongholds, including Texas, Alabama, Ohio, Nebraska, New York, Tennessee, Kentucky, Iowa, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
During these rallies, President Trump stated that he was "working like a dog" to secure a victory in the midterms, adding, "I can certainly say that no president has ever worked this hard for a midterm election."
At a rally in Daytona Beach, Florida, the previous day, he remarked, "I thought this would be my last rally. I thought I might finally get to rest," and added, "Doing this for 28 consecutive days is really tough. My voice is only at 49.2% right now."
Today, President Trump is staying at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, where he is conducting six remote phone rallies.
Following this, on Sunday, November 1, two days before the election, he is scheduled to hold his final in-person rallies by visiting Iowa and Kansas—both conservative strongholds, though the Republican Senate candidates' victories in these areas are at risk—and is expected to return to remote phone rallies on the day before the election.
