The film "New Recruit: Haunted Military Hospital" has officially confirmed its theatrical release for December 30.

"New Recruit: Haunted Military Hospital" follows the beloved squad as they check into a military hospital for some much-needed rest, only to confront eerie rumors surrounding the facility and uncover its hidden secrets.

Having earned wide acclaim across multiple seasons for its realistic portrayal of military life and the humorous synergy of its distinct characters, "New Recruit" now moves its stage to a military hospital. While preserving the squad's delightful banter, the film introduces fresh tension through dynamic new characters and strange occurrences in the unfamiliar setting of a hospital ward, delivering a unique cross-genre thrill between comedy and horror.

Stills released alongside the premiere announcement feature the familiar squad—Park Min-seok (Kim Min-ho), Choi Il-gu (Nam Tae-woo), Kang Chan-seok (Lee Jung-hyun), Kim Dong-woo (Jang Sung-bum), Lim Da-hye (Jeon Seung-hoon), Choi Byung-nam (Kim Hee-soo), and Sung Yoon-mo (Kim Hyun-gyu). Joining them are intriguing new additions: mysterious soldier Yoo Jae-hoon (Ryu Kyung-soo) and military nursing officer Yoo Jeong-yeon (Yoo Jeong-yeon).

Raising anticipation for the teamwork between the original squad and the new faces, "New Recruit: Haunted Military Hospital" will arrive in theaters on December 30.
