On Friday, October 30, the weather across the country will be mostly cloudy, turning chilly with morning lows dropping to 5°C (41°F).

Daytime highs will range from 16°C to 21°C (61°F to 70°F), similar to average years, but the temperature difference between day and night will be wide at around 15°C (27°F).

Light rain of around 1 mm is expected in some areas of Incheon, southwestern Gyeonggi Province, and Jeju Island until the morning.

A few raindrops may also fall in Seoul, northwestern Gyeonggi Province, the Jeolla provinces, and the Gyeongsang provinces.

Until the morning, dense fog with visibility of less than 200 meters is expected in inland Gyeonggi Province and Jeonbuk Province, while other parts of the metropolitan area and inland Gangwon Province will see fog with visibility of under 1 kilometer, requiring caution for traffic safety during the morning commute.
