Actor Cho Yi-hyun explained the unique preparation process for the film "Final Interview".

Attending the press screening and press conference for the film "Final Interview" held on the afternoon of October 28 at CGV Yongsan in Seoul, Cho Yi-hyun reflected on the experience of filming in a confined space, saying, "We did a great deal of rehearsing before filming began. In addition to individual table reads with the director, we consistently held group readings together." She added, "Before officially stepping onto the set, the actors gathered and worked on our chemistry as if we were rehearsing for a play."

Regarding her chemistry with Kim Jaewon, with whom she shared the most scenes in the film, she said, "Even though Kim Jaewon is younger than me, he took great care of me. I am quite shy around strangers, but he approached me first, which allowed me to act comfortably."

Kim Jaewon echoed the sentiment, responding, "My chemistry with Cho Yi-hyun noona was 200 out of 100 points," adding, "It was to the point where I found myself wanting to film a proper romance with her."

When asked about the message of the film, Cho Yi-hyun answered, "I think it conveys that if you trust and love yourself more and build inner resilience, you can make better judgments. Through my character, I wanted to show 'faith in oneself.'"

In this project, Cho Yi-hyun portrays Moon HYEIN, a job seeker taking on the final interview, expressing the emotional shifts of a character pushed to extremes.

"Final Interview" follows the story of six applicants gathered in a final interview room who discover mysterious envelopes containing revelations about each person, falling into suspicion and chaos. The film adapts Japanese author Asakura Akinari's novel "Six Lying College Students" to fit the Korean setting and emotional landscape.

The film will be released on November 4.
