Actor Cho Jung-seok shared the behind-the-scenes story of the massive box office success of the film "Zombie Daughter" while expressing his affection for his wife, Gummy.

In the 3rd episode of the SBS entertainment program "The Great Hang-jun," airing at 10:20 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, actor Cho Jung-seok appears as a guest and engages in witty banter with director Jang Hang-jun.

During a recent recording, Cho drew attention by revealing, "My appearance in the film 'Zombie Daughter' was thanks to Gummy," referring to the hit Korean film of 2025. He proved his fortune in having a supportive wife by sharing that he decided to take the role upon Gummy's strong recommendation.

In response, director Jang Hang-jun joined the boasting battle about their wives, saying, "When I received the offer to direct 'The Royal Gambler', I did it because writer Kim Eun-hee told me to." An unexpected "parallel theory of marrying well" was formed between the two men, who achieved success with the backing of music industry legend Gummy and thriller master writer Kim Eun-hee, turning the studio into a sea of laughter.

Meanwhile, Cho confessed his "dap-da-bo" (foolish for daughters) moments, saying, "My first daughter looks just like me, and my second daughter looks even more like me." He particularly caused laughter by sharing that he pours elite acting skills into playing princess games with his daughters.

He drew laughter by revealing Gummy's unexpected talent donation, sharing, "In the princess game, I specialize in playing the prince, and my wife Gummy plays the clock." He continued, "When Gummy makes ticking sounds like 'ding-dong,' my daughter acts out, 'Oh no, Prince, I must go.' Then I quickly grab her wrist and say, 'Wait, it's 11:30. Don't go yet,' and my daughter loves it," explaining his acting skills as a father that satisfy his child. He then caused laughter by adding, "Because of my overly realistic acting, I've been banned from playing the monster role."

Cho Jung-seok's delightful activities, featuring sweet behind-the-scenes stories with his wife Gummy and joyful parenting moments with his two look-alike daughters, will be revealed on "The Great Hang-jun" airing at 10:20 p.m. on Thursday, October 29.
