Following news of Anthropic's planned Nasdaq listing, the stock prices of Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix rallied.

As of 9:30 a.m. today (October 27), SK Hynix was up over 6%, while Samsung Electronics rose more than 5%.

The KOSPI also jumped 203.49 points, or 3.72%, to 5,672.96, recovering the 5,600 mark.

The index opened at 5,658.65, up 189.18 points or 3.46% from the previous session.

The KOSDAQ started at 743.09, up 15.88 points or 2.18%, and stood at 745.64, up 18.43 points around the same time.
