Kim Jong-chul, Chairperson of the Korea Communications Commission, appeared on SBS News Briefing and diagnosed that terrestrial broadcasting companies are facing harsh survival conditions due to asymmetric regulations, while emphasizing that he will enable terrestrial broadcasters to grow into global growth engines through regulatory reform.

In particular, he promised to build a legislative environment to improve outdated broadcasting advertising regulations to fit the new environment so that high-level global content can be produced, while strengthening legislative support in the National Assembly for this purpose.
