Supreme Court Division 2 is scheduled to hold a hearing starting at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow (the 27th) to decide whether to issue an additional arrest warrant for Kim Keon-hee.

Kim is currently standing trial before the Supreme Court en banc while in custody in connection with the so-called "three major suspicions," including the Deutsch Motors case. Her detention period is set to expire on the 31st.

In response, the independent counsel previously requested Supreme Court Division 2, which is handling the trial regarding the office-selling suspicion that is proceeding separately from the three major suspicions, to issue an additional arrest warrant.
