The driver following behind was initially puzzled as to why the car was reducing its speed.

A moment later, an absurd scene was captured.

The vehicle in question threw an object that appeared to be a trash bag right out onto the road.

The person who uploaded the video stated that they initially wondered if it was a drunk driving incident and reported the vehicle to the police and the local government.

Under the current Road Traffic Act, throwing items onto a road can result in a fine of 50,000 won and 10 penalty points for passenger cars.
