As the vehicle began to sink while being carried away by the current, the reporter stopped reporting and joined a citizen at the scene to rescue the driver.

He barely managed to open the back door and succeeded in rescuing the driver just before the vehicle completely sank underwater.

Applause is pouring in for the reporter's actions, putting human life before reporting.
