Cliff diving is already thrilling enough, but what would it be like to leap from an iceberg floating in the open ocean?

A woman has succeeded for the first time in the world at this extremely dangerous challenge, which carries a much higher risk of accidents.

Atop a massive iceberg floating in the sea, a woman arches her back and jumps, plunging straight down toward the ocean.

She is Molly Carlson, an extreme high diver from Canada.

She set a world first for women by diving backward off a 15-meter-high iceberg off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada.

Because icebergs can shift or flip over, she reportedly underwent rigorous ice-wall training beforehand.

Beyond simply attempting a record, she said she wanted to deliver a message: just as everyone has hidden pains beneath the surface like an iceberg, people should love themselves just as they are.
