At around 10:28 a.m. today (October 24), a report was filed by the owner of a fish farm in Gunoe-myeon, Wando-gun, South Jeolla Province, stating that a 30-year-old worker from Sri Lanka, identified as A, appeared to have been electrocuted.

Worker A, who was found in a state of cardiac arrest, was transported to a nearby hospital by fire authorities but ultimately passed away.

Police plan to investigate the exact circumstances surrounding the accident.
