A 3-year-old girl was involved in an accident where she was left hanging in mid-air after getting her head stuck in the security bars of a 12th-floor apartment window in China.

At the time of the incident, the child's mother reportedly thought the girl was asleep and had gone out to run errands.

Thanks to neighbors and a security guard on the floor below who held chairs to support the child, she was safely rescued.
