They say a naive puppy knows no fear of a tiger, and this little dog truly seemed to have no fear of a bear.

This footage was captured in North Carolina, U.S.

A Yorkshire Terrier boldly rushed toward a bear that had wandered close to a house.

With such a fierce spirit that it refused to back down despite its owner's frantic calls, the bear ended up retreating up a tree and eventually fleeing.

The puppy, no bigger than a stuffed toy, managed to chase away the large bear.

It just goes to show that dynamite really does come in small packages.
