The New York Stock Exchange closed higher on the 21st (local time), boosted by strong earnings from major companies including SpaceX.

On this day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 360.21 points, or 0.69%, at 52,856.09.

The S&P 500 index rose 44.60 points, or 0.58%, to 7,757.17, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite Index rose 278.04 points, or 1.05%, to 26,702.86.

SpaceX, the aerospace company led by Elon Musk, announced quarterly earnings that exceeded market expectations, improving investor sentiment toward artificial intelligence-related stocks.

SpaceX surged nearly 8% on this day.
