The Constitutional Court has unanimously ruled to partially grant an injunction filed by People Power Party lawmaker Lee Jin-sook, who had been excluded as a state audit committee member, stating, "Participation in the state audit cannot be comprehensively blocked."

The National Assembly's Science, ICT, Broadcasting and Communications Committee voted on October 12 to exclude Lee from the audit of the Broadcasting, Media and Communications Committee, but with today's (October 21) decision by the Constitutional Court, the lawmaker is now able to attend tomorrow's state audit.
