Actor Ryu Sooyoung provided a special talent donation meal at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in celebration of the 81st Police Day.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced today (October 21) that it held a "Police Day Special Meal Event" with Ryu to cheer on police officers and staff belonging to the Seoul agency.

Ryu has a personal connection to the agency, having previously served as a conscripted police officer and a member of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Public Relations Unit (formerly the Horuragi Theater Unit).

For this event, Ryu personally participated in every stage, from planning meetings and menu demonstrations to ingredient preparation, cooking, and serving.

The special meal prepared on this day was served as the "Eonam-seonseng Birthday Table," combining Ryu's nickname and the police's birthday. The ingredients used amounted to 1 ton, totaling 1,100 servings.

An official from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said, "We express our deep gratitude to actor Ryu Sooyoung, who poured his sincerity into this with affection for his 'home away from home' despite his busy schedule," adding, "Based on this warm support, we will do our utmost to protect the safety of citizens."
