At around 8:10 p.m. today (October 20), an SUV crashed into another SUV waiting for a traffic signal from the opposite direction at an intersection in Seohae-gu, Incheon, before plunging onto the sidewalk.

Driver A, a woman in her 60s who was driving the at-fault vehicle, was transported to a hospital following the accident. Her condition is reportedly not life-threatening.

At the time of the accident, a steamer containing quick-burning briquettes was discovered inside A's vehicle.

Police plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the accident once A finishes receiving medical treatment.
