On "Whenever Possible," Yu Jae-seok returns in good health and declares an apology broadcast.
On SBS's "Whenever Possible," airing at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, hosts Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeonseok, joined by "gap friends" actors Shin Seungho and Chae Soo-bin, target the spare moments of people around the Gwanghwamun area.
Previously, a scheduled recording of "Whenever Possible" was canceled on the day of filming after Yu Jae-seok suffered a high fever from a severe cold. Having recovered his health and stepped before the cameras, Yu Jae-seok bows 90 degrees in all directions toward the production staff and viewers, declaring, "I must apologize to the gap owners as well. Today is Yu Jae-seok's apology episode."
Yoo Yeonseok, who caught everyone's attention by appearing with short hair, jokes, "I was so shocked to hear my hyung was sick that I cut my hair," drawing laughter on the set. Yu Jae-seok also reveals his unique determination, saying, "Thank you for worrying about me. Today, I will throw my whole body into it."
Shin Seungho and Chae Soo-bin, agency labelmates known as the "King Kongz" who appeared as guests that day, display their variety sense by capitalizing on Yu Jae-seok's cool determination to apologize. When the two visit a prop shop and brightly ask, "Please buy us just two keyrings," Yu Jae-seok readily opens his wallet, saying, "You can buy them all." Taking it a step further, Shin Seungho reportedly made Yu Jae-seok break into a cold sweat by adding, "Sunbae-nim, let me pick up some accessories."
Maintaining its position as a Tuesday variety show powerhouse and continuing its hit run, "Whenever Possible" airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m.
