In professional basketball, second-place JungKwanJang extended its winning streak to four games, fueled by a decisive performance from Asian Games gold medalist Moon Yu-hyun.

Keeping up a tight contest relying on Abando's athleticism—which included blocking two shots by KCC's Jang Jae-seok, who stands 15 cm taller—JungKwanJang seized control of the game behind Moon Yu-hyun's clutch plays in the fourth quarter.

After hitting a three-pointer in the early part of the fourth quarter when the game was tied, Moon stole the ball from KCC's Heo Hoon and turned it into a fast break. Later in the quarter, he grabbed a crucial offensive rebound followed by an assist to build a four-point lead, and then drove straight to the basket for a sealing score with 42 seconds remaining, guiding JungKwanJang to its fourth consecutive victory.

Meanwhile, Sono poured in 16 three-pointers to defeat SK and secure its second straight win.
