A passenger car collided with a 4.5-ton cargo truck near the Buksangju Interchange on the Jungbu Inland Expressway in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, at around 11:15 PM yesterday (October 14).

The driver of the passenger car, a man in his 30s, was killed in the accident.

Police plan to investigate the exact cause of the accident, questioning the truck driver and other witnesses.
