The weather has turned considerably chilly once again.
Cold air moved down from the north following a high-pressure system located over the West Sea today.
As the high-pressure system gradually moves toward the southern regions overnight, morning temperatures in the southern parts will drop significantly tomorrow compared to today.
Seoul's morning temperature dropped to 9.3°C (49°F) today, marking the lowest temperature this autumn.
Tomorrow will be just as chilly as today, and in the southern regions, Daegu is expected to drop to 7°C (45°F)—a sharp 7-degree drop from today—marking its lowest temperature this autumn.
During the day, as the sun beats down, temperatures will rise above 20°C (68°F).
With a wide temperature range between day and night, you will need to choose your attire carefully.
As a weak pressure trough passes from the north starting late tomorrow afternoon, less than 5mm of light rain is expected in Gyeonggi Province and northern Gangwon Province, and light raindrops may also fall in Seoul and other parts of the Seoul metropolitan area.
Skies nationwide will be mostly clear tomorrow, though clouds will increase in the capital area and Gangwon Province starting in the morning.
Frost is also expected to form in some inland areas in the morning.
Looking closely at tomorrow morning's temperatures, Seoul will be 10°C (50°F) and Chuncheon 6°C (43°F), similar to or lower than today, while daytime highs will generally be slightly higher than today, reaching 21°C (70°F) in Seoul and 23°C (73°F) in Busan.
Temperatures will rise above average later in the week, bringing mild weather.
Rain is forecasted nationwide for the upcoming Sunday.
