The musical "Dracula" has donated 1,000 blood donor cards, collected through a blood donation campaign by its audience, actors, and staff, to children with childhood cancer.

Production company OD Company announced that it delivered the 1,000 blood donor cards to the Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation in partnership with Hanmaeum Blood Center. The donated cards will be used for children with childhood cancer who require blood transfusions during their chemotherapy treatments.

The blood donation campaign for "Dracula" first began in 2021. Inspired by "blood," a symbolic element of the production, it was launched at a time when blood shortages persisted due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. During the past 10th-anniversary season (2023–2024), 1,000 cards, including those collected since 2021, were donated to the Korea Blood Cancer Association. This marks the third campaign this year.

For this season, the production company presented audiences who participated in blood donation in August with a specially produced "Dracula" acrylic carabiner for the campaign and a set of four photocards featuring handwritten messages by Shin Sung-rok, KIM JUNSU, Jeon Dong-seok, and Ko Eun-sung, who play the role of Dracula. Audiences who donated their blood donor cards were provided with performance discounts and invitation events.

Based on Bram Stoker's novel of the same name, "Dracula" is a musical that tells the story of Count Dracula, who has loved a single woman for over 400 years.

"Dracula" is currently being performed at the LG SIGNATURE Hall of LG Arts Center Seoul, and will close on the 18th.
