Yu Jae-seok offered some advice to Heo Kyung-hwan, who fell victim to a betrayal.

During the SBS variety show 'Running Man' broadcast on October 11, the cast members teamed up with Heo Kyung-hwan to carry out the "Tearing Up Cheorwon" race in Cheorwon.

After dinner that evening, a wake-up mission was given to the Running Man members and Heo Kyung-hwan. The task was to protect their respective eggs and then cook a dish using them.

Based on the order of completion, four members would be exempt from a penalty, while the remaining four would be tasked with preparing breakfast.

Consequently, the members searched for safe places to store their eggs. However, even before the mission properly began, eggs were broken in various ways, bringing laughter. Jee Seokjin failed to protect all of his eggs early on, rendering him unable to participate in the wake-up mission.

In response, the remaining male members formed an alliance, placing their eggs together inside a microwave and sealing it. Yet, betrayal soon followed.

HAHA plotted with Yang Sechan and Kim Jong-kook to take away the microwave containing their hidden eggs. Meanwhile, Yu Jae-seok, awakened by his intuition, followed behind the three.

They each took out and claimed their own eggs. At that moment, Yu Jae-seok smashed some of Yang Sechan's eggs before fleeing with his own. Enraged by this, the three destroyed all of Heo Kyung-hwan's eggs and went to confront Yu Jae-seok.

Explaining why he could not contain his anger, Yu Jae-seok retorted, "You guys started it." He then issued a warning, saying, "If anyone messes with me, I will wake everyone up except Kyung-hwan," causing laughter.

When day broke, the members began cooking with the eggs they had managed to salvage. Heo Kyung-hwan was left in despair upon hearing the news that all of his eggs had been broken.

Watching a cat happily eating eggs, he expressed envy, saying, "Even you have eggs." Just then, Heo Kyung-hwan noticed the basket of eggs the cat was eating from and was devastated to realize they were actually his own.

Spotting Yu Jae-seok cooking egg dishes, Heo Kyung-hwan shook his head in disbelief, remarking how terrifying it was that so much had happened while he was asleep.

In response, Yu Jae-seok advised him, "Kyung-hwan, just stick to Saturdays. Sundays aren't for you," bringing laughter.

Ultimately, the ones exempt from breakfast duty were the betrayal alliance of Yu Jae-seok, Yang Sechan, Kim Jong-kook, and HAHA. The production team remarked, "A lot happened at dawn, yet those who slept soundly ended up on duty."

Hearing this, Heo Kyung-hwan voiced his frustration as he looked back on his innocent moments. Kim Jong-kook chimed in, "It's legendary that you slept so soundly while trusting us completely," to which Heo Kyung-hwan made a sad face and said, "I'm sorry, but I don't think I can do 1 Night and 2 Days."
