At around 7:20 PM today (8th), a six-vehicle collision occurred near the Mungyeong Tunnel No. 2 heading toward Yangpyeong on the Jungbu Inland Expressway in Mungyeong, North Gyeongsang Province.
The accident happened when a truck driving on the highway tipped over while changing lanes, causing it to collide with three passenger cars traveling ahead.
As a passenger car behind suddenly came to a stop in the wake of the initial accident, a following camping car crashed into it, leading to a chain-reaction collision.
Four people, including a passenger car driver, sustained minor injuries in the accident and were transported to the hospital.
Police are currently investigating the exact cause of the accident involving the drivers.
