Coach Ramires, who led the men's national volleyball team for nearly three years, is taking on a new challenge as the head manager of KB Insurance for this season.

Having shed their national team uniforms, Coach Ramires and his former disciples exchanged playful declarations of war against one another.

After stepping down from the national team helm, Coach Ramires is set to make his V-League debut as the head manager of KB this season.

When his national team disciples, who shared the ups and downs with him, fired the first shots at their mentor whom they will now face as rivals,

[Lim Dong-hyeok / Korean Air]: "(Coach Ramires's) style is something I know very well, so if I spike the ball avoiding that style, I think I will be able to score a lot more points."]

[Huh Su-bong / Hyundai Capital]: "Since I know very well what kind of volleyball (Coach Ramires) pursues, I will play the exact opposite of what I have shown so far."]

Coach Ramires immediately fired back, foreshadowing a heated showdown between teacher and students.

[Isanaye Ramires / KB Insurance Head Coach]: "I will enjoy facing my former national team disciples, and I will do my best to make sure they don't have an easy time playing against us."]
