A tip-off was submitted by a customer who had sent a recently purchased laptop in for repair. Although they received a notice that the repair was complete and the item had been delivered, nothing was at the front door. Upon checking the CCTV footage, the tip-off submitter was left in utter shock by the delivery courier's actions in the video. What on earth happened? What is the courier company's stance?
