RESCENE, cementing its status as a rising girl group in 2026, is set to make its first-ever appearance on a major terrestrial network's flagship evening news program.
RESCENE will appear on "SBS 8 News," broadcast at 8 p.m. on Sunday, the 11th, for an interview with anchor Lee Hyun-young. This marks RESCENE's first time appearing on a major network's main news broadcast since their debut in 2024.
During the broadcast, the members are set to look back on their activities since debut and share their honest thoughts on the chart resurgence and long-running success of their signature track "LOVE ATTACK." They are expected to candidly discuss moments when they desperately yearned for the stage, the driving force that helped them endure difficult times, and the secret to maintaining strong teamwork despite their distinct, five-individual charms.
In particular, anticipation is high as they are expected to reveal behind-the-scenes preparation and drop the first hints about their 4th mini-album "PULSE," slated for release on the 3rd of next month.
Making their debut in March 2024, RESCENE first caught the public eye with the "Geoje Yaho" syndrome this past spring. Following that, "LOVE ATTACK" succeeded in a chart resurgence, sweeping the top spots on terrestrial music shows and major music streaming charts this summer. They have continued to demonstrate formidable digital music power by consecutively placing their remake track "Pretty Girl" and b-side track "Deja Vu," both released last August, near the top of major charts.
The candid and sincere interview with the rising idol group RESCENE can be seen on "SBS 8 News" at 8 p.m. on Sunday, the 11th.
