Amid continuous backlash from farmers regarding the comprehensive farmland investigation, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Song Mi-ryung held a briefing at the Government Complex-Sejong this morning (October 8) and announced that the ministry is pushing for the enactment of a special act ensuring that disposition procedures under the Farmland Act will not be carried out for general matters that do not involve speculation.
