Singer Seo In-young, who is preparing for remarriage, expressed her apologies to singer Lyn, who sang a congratulatory song at her first wedding.
On October 7, Seo In-young's YouTube channel "Seo In-young's Reformation" featured Seo visiting the home of senior singer Baek Z Young. In the video, Seo confessed about a time she was scolded by Baek in a waiting room during her rookie days, while Baek personally cooked sujebi (hand-pulled dough soup) that Seo wanted to eat and apologized for the past incident.
On this day, Seo playfully complained, saying, "Unnie (Baek Z Young) adored Lyn unnie and Jung-ah unnie (from Jewelry), and I wanted to be loved too, so I felt wronged." Explaining the situation back then, Seo added, "Jiyoung unnie had a younger colleague she cherished who had a complicated relationship with me, and since unnie is loyal, she viewed me unfavorably."

The decisive scene remembered by Seo took place in a waiting room. Seo recalled entering the waiting room shared by Lyn and Baek Z Young to see Lyn, laughing and chatting loudly, which led Baek—unable to hold back any longer—to say, "Seo In-young, I don't think this is the time for you to be acting like this." Baek reflected, "Looking at her now, she is kind, gentle, and easygoing, but back then, we had never properly talked, and she didn't seem humble."
The two decided to call Lyn directly to ask about the situation at the time. Seo expressed her remorse about Lyn, saying, "She sang the congratulatory song at my first wedding. I feel too embarrassed to reach out." When Seo shared the news of her remarriage with Lyn by saying, "Unnie, I'm getting married again," Lyn coolly responded, "Call me then," while belatedly confessing that her heart ached upon hearing about In-young's divorce.
