Today (7th), Kang Jun-i, the gold medalist in the men's street skateboarding event at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, met with the press.
Reflecting on the moment, Kang shared that the gold medal still hasn't fully sunk in. He also recounted his father's slight disappointment when Kang only called out for his "Mom" immediately after winning, as well as his childhood days when he pleaded with his parents to keep skateboarding, telling them, "I can't live without my board."
