In July, at an intersection in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, a car was crawling and making a right turn on a green light when a bicycle suddenly appeared in front of it, obscured by a street tree.

Although there was no direct collision with the bicycle, the bicycle rider kicked the stopped car, complained of foot pain, and even demanded treatment costs and a settlement.

The police concluded that the whistleblower had no charges, and the bicycle rider received a fine for property damage for kicking the vehicle.
