xikers participated as vocalists for "Rhythm Check (Walking Together)," the campaign track for "Dangchan Donghaeng", an interactive awareness campaign sponsored by global biopharmaceutical company Sanofi's Korean subsidiary (hereafter Sanofi) and organized by the Korea Type 1 Diabetes Association and the Korea Pancreas Disability Association (hereafter the patient association). The song was released on various music platforms on October 3.

"Dangchan Donghaeng" is an interactive campaign running for 100 days until World Diabetes Day on November 14. Starting with the release of this track, a social media challenge encouraging direct participation from patients and the general public will roll out in full swing.

The campaign theme track "Rhythm Check (Walking Together)" is inspired by the real everyday lives of diabetes patients who live with insulin. The lyrics capture the daily routine of patients who monitor their blood sugar levels and adjust their insulin according to their meals and activities. The subtitle "Walking Together" delivers the message that even if we live at different rhythms, having someone beside us who understands and cheers us on allows us to carry on our daily lives with greater confidence.

xikers is also taking part in the "Dangchan Donghaeng Challenge," which is held in conjunction with the song's release. The challenge begins with an official kickoff declaration from the president and board members of the patient association. Following that, xikers, Chloe Young, the lyricists and composers, patients' families, medical staff, influencers, and industry figures will post videos in a relay format. The challenge consists of two versions: the official full version and a version that can be done using only hand motions.

xikers shared their thoughts, stating, "When we first received this song, we were deeply moved because we could feel the rhythm of diabetes patients protecting their daily lives." They added, "It was meaningful to be part of a song that holds patients' honest stories, and we hope many people will join the 'Dangchan Donghaeng Challenge,' which anyone can easily follow."

Details on how to participate in the "Dangchan Donghaeng Challenge" can be found on the patient association's official website and official social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and blog.

Meanwhile, xikers recently wrapped up their second fan meeting, "roadymap to univerxity," at Zepp Osaka Bayside in Japan. They will make their comeback on November 2 with the release of their eighth mini album, "ROUTE ZERO : The CALLING."
