Our military has reached a final conclusion that the landmines that exploded in the Demilitarized Zone on the western front on September 21 were planted by North Korean troops who crossed the Military Demarcation Line. It was found that North Korean forces, currently carrying out border fortification work, have violated the Military Demarcation Line more than 50 times this year alone.
