Yoo Hae-jin's Agency Warns of Strict Action Against Threats and Defamation: "All Possible Measures"

As the historical distortion controversy surrounding the film "The Assassins" escalated into a boycott of products advertised by its cast members and protests in front of his home, actor Yoo Hae-jin's agency has announced a strong legal response.

VAST Entertainment, Yoo's agency, stated via social media today (October 5) that it is "taking very seriously any acts that violate the actor's personal privacy, threaten his safety, or defame his character."

The agency stated that malicious slander and false information targeting Yoo have been spreading indiscriminately across online communities and social media platforms recently, accompanied by malicious personal attacks and insults.

It added that it is continuously collecting related posts and materials, warning that it "plans to take all possible measures to protect the rights, interests, and safety of our artists from illegal acts."
