It seems to prove the old saying that a well-raised pet dog is worth more than a dozen people.

The story of a loyal dog that saved its owner in the United States is recently drawing attention.

In a residential neighborhood in Kansas, USA.

Right in the middle of the street, a pet dog begins barking fiercely at a patrolling police officer.

When the officer tells the dog to go home, the dog heads toward the house as if guiding the officer.

Feeling that something was amiss, the officer followed behind to find the garage door open and a man collapsed inside.

He had been unable to move for a staggering three hours, waiting for help.

Thanks to the swift rescue by the police, the man safely received treatment and is reportedly recovering at home now.

In an emergency moment beyond words, the dog's desperate barking became the most certain "call for help."
