The Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced that it will publicly recruit 250 fixed-term workers to handle compensation tasks in a bid to accelerate housing supply in the Seoul metropolitan area.
LH announced today (October 2) that it will hire 130 specialized compensation personnel and 120 general compensation personnel, depending on the professional expertise and difficulty of the work.
Considering the project schedules of each business site, LH issued a recruitment notice for 150 workers today and will additionally recruit the remaining 100 workers in December.

General compensation personnel will be responsible for tasks such as organizing compensation-related documents, conducting on-site surveys, and supporting resident consultations.
Applicants can apply without separate experience or qualification requirements.
Specialized compensation personnel will be in charge of reviewing and confirming basic investigation reports, consulting and responding to compensation grievances, and reviewing specialized fields.
Applicants must meet at least one of the following requirements: holders of certified appraiser licenses or compensation-related certified private qualifications, or individuals with at least five years of practical experience at compensation-전문기관 (compensation specialized institutions).
To prevent conflicts of interest, individuals whose spouse, lineal ascendants or descendants, or themselves own real estate within the project district, as well as former LH executives and employees, will be excluded from recruitment.
LH plans to provide application opportunities to career-interrupted women and young job seekers while offering higher wages than regular employees, taking into consideration the fixed-term employment conditions.
The first round of recruitment notices will be posted on the LH website at 4 p.m. today.
Detailed information regarding recruitment regions, personnel by job role, eligibility requirements, and selection procedures can be found in the notice.
