SBS's "Curious Stories Y" investigates the identity of a masked, pantsless man who has terrorized students by appearing on the hill behind an all-girls high school, uncovering the truth behind a hidden outdoor exposure mission.
Airing at 9:30 PM on October 2, "Curious Stories Y" shines a light on a mysterious man who has repeatedly appeared near the school foundation chairman's grave on the mountain behind an all-girls high school, engaging in bizarre behavior.
Concealing his face behind a mask and taking off his pants, the man has carried out erratic acts for five months—waving and making heart gestures toward students through classroom windows, rolling across the ground, and touching himself. Recently, the situation escalated into a severe safety threat as he walked down onto school property and encountered a student just a few meters away.
While tracking the man, the production team received a tip from someone who had spotted a nearly naked man in a mask standing near Tancheon Stream in Jamsil, Seoul. Meanwhile, rumors began spreading among students that he might be carrying out a type of "exposure mission" directed over social media.
Pursuing these leads online, the production team uncovered evidence of illicit dealings surrounding "outdoor exposure" and conducted interviews with both perpetrators who repeatedly expose themselves and individuals who assign the missions.
Whether the masked man's bizarre behavior is tied to secret online missions, and whether the production team's operation to help apprehend the pantsless prowler threatening students' daily lives was successful, will be revealed on "Curious Stories Y," airing tonight (Friday, October 2) at 9:30 PM.
